Samantha earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland Marshall College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2010.  She was involved in the Employment Law Clinic and represented many clients in front of the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission prior to graduation. Samantha earned her B.A. in Sociology and Religion with a minor in History from Case Western Reserve University in 2006 where she was involved in many on-campus organizations.

Samantha started her legal career working with law firms defending pharmaceutical companies in Multi-District Litigations and Class-Action Lawsuits.  Prior to joining Ritzler, Coughlin, & Paglia, Samantha spent more than 11 years with a Cleveland-area law firm specializing in medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury on behalf of Plaintiffs.  Her combined knowledge of medicine and legal experience allows Samantha to bring a unique approach and potent strategy to every case.

Samantha was born and raised in Lake County, Ohio.  She enjoys giving back to the community and has dedicated both time and resources to therapeutic riding centers and local nursing homes.  Samantha enjoys all forms of music, baking, gardening, and traveling in her free time.
