Frank specializes in the investigation of fraudulent claims and coverage investigations after having been a Special Investigator for State Farm Insurance Company since 2010. 

Frank investigates Auto, Boatowners, Renters, Rental Dwelling, Commercial, Medical Payments, Property Damage, Bodily Injury and Homeowners claims. 

From 1988 to 2010 Frank worked as a Claim Specialist for State Farm Insurance Company investigating and resolving property damage, bodily injury and first party uninsured motorist claims.

Frank served as an Intercompany Arbitrator for Arbitration Forums for 10 years adjudicating liability and monetary disputes between signatory insurers.

Frank also works part time for the Mentor Fire Department as a Firefighter/Intermediate EMT since 1988.
